Is Luma a traditional property management company?+
No. We don't focus on rent collection or day-to-day tenant management. We help owners make smarter decisions about their properties, coordinate projects, and improve and maintain homes.
Do you only work with rental properties?+
Not at all. Most of our clients are homeowners. We also work with landlords, investors, and small commercial owners.
Can you help prepare my home for sale?+
Home sale preparation is handled by our affiliated company, Home Stretch Cleveland — part of the Home Prep Services LLC family of companies. Luma can help you plan the strategy and prioritize what's worth doing; Home Stretch performs the cosmetic refresh, painting, flooring, cleaning, and turnover work.
Do you provide the home improvement work yourselves?+
Yes. Luma has an in-house construction team that handles interior updates, exterior improvements, repairs, painting, flooring, carpentry, and light remodeling.
